Mitzi Vaughn is the manager of Premier Pointe Property Management, LLC. She is a licensed Realtor and is subject to all the requirements of the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Her combined total of 8 years of Real Estate & Property Management experience, gives you security in knowing your property manager has the ability to provide you with exceptional service.

What are the important items in the Qualifying Process?
Residence History We take a look at all your past residences. Particularly important are your last two years.
Employment Income Income should be three times (or more) the amount of the monthly rent.
Credit Report A credit report check is run so that we can see how you have paid your bills in the past.
Other Items Needed: A valid Photo ID and Social Security Card. All adults 18 years of age and older must be on the application. You must be 18 years or older to apply.
What if I don’t have all of these items? If you may be weak in one of these areas, sometimes a larger security deposit or a qualified co-signer can balance out the difference.

What will it cost me to apply? $35 per person is needed to run the application and credit report. Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is needed to secure the property before move-in
What will it cost to move-in? Security Deposit. Prorated Rent from the date of move-in until the end of the month if not moving in on the 1st. 1st months rent Pet Deposit – pet deposits are non-refundable and based on type and size of pet. Not all properties allow pets.
Once I move in, how do I pay rent? Please mail or deliver your rent to be received by Premier Pointe Property Management, LLC, 230 Hughes Road, Ste. C, Madison, AL 35758 by the first of the month. Late fees apply after the 5th. (10% Late Charge. Payments made after the 10th will be charged FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) PER DAY ABOVE THE 10% ACCRUING FROM THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH UNTIL RENT IS PAID IN FULL. A charge of $35.00 will be made in the event of any returned checks. On the 15th day, if rent is unpaid eviction process will begin.
